Myofascial Release Therapy:
Everything in our body is supported by and linked to connective tissue. It is what holds us up and holds us in our own unique posture. So, much like it sounds, this therapy works directly with connective tissue and its link to muscle— helping to relieve tension and restrictions in muscles, soft tissue, joints and supporting structures. Freeing these restrictions and tension in connective tissue can help relieve both acute and chronic pain. Some examples being: Headaches, Neck Pain, Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, Sports injuries, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome And much more...
This therapy uses subtle but effective techniques providing lasting results by—STRETCHING, LOOSENING, UNWINDING and RELEASING TENSION wherever it may be. You can enjoy muscular freedom, improved range of motion, and relief from pain and discomfort almost immediately. The end result is often a feeling of a really good stretch along with a feeling of deep relaxation.Return to top
