Massage class options

Traditional Massage Classes

These classes cover a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, Integrative massage and Deep Tissue massage. They are ideal for relaxation and to help ease general aches and pains. All classes will include some general anatomy, a variety of hands-on techniques, and self-care exercises for use at home.   1. Back of the Body: Back, neck, and hips

  2. Back of the Body: Legs and feet

  3. Front of the Body: Shoulders, arms, and hands

  4. Front of the Body: Hips, legs, and feet

  5. Front of the Body: Head, neck, and chest

  6. Front of the Body: Head, hands, and feet

Advanced Massage Classes

These classes incorporate the use of Myofascial Release, a modality at the forefront of therapeutic treatment for pain and injury recovery, along with principles of Dynamic Stretching, tissue response, and other therapeutic based modalities. These classes are ideal for treatment of chronic pain, pain management, injury/trauma/surgical recovery, and self-care. All classes will include some general anatomy, a variety of hands-on techniques, and self-care exercises for use at home.
