	Our classes are held on a monthly basis. Please fill out our registration form below to register for classes. Click here for our upcoming schedule.

Steps to Registering for classes at The Family Tree
	Decide which class time works best for you. If you are not sure which class to attend you may call (515) 202-2584 or email sandi@thefamilytreedm.com for direction.
	Fill out registration form, click here. Send in or drop-off payment to: The Family Tree 3817 Ingersoll Ave. Des Moines, IA 50312 The Family Tree accepts cash or check payments only. Your payment secures your spot for your class. Some classes may have a wait list. An email confirmation will be sent prior to class start date.
Late Registration
	Late registration is permitted for the first 2 weeks, and the cost will be prorated. Late registrations are not accepted after that time, but drop-ins will be honored if space permits. Call for availability.
Session Refund & Cancellation Policy
	Refunds: All fees are non-refundable, except with a medical excuse.
	Make-up policy: students may make-up one missed class per session within any other class. Please call or email to make sure there is an open space for you.
	Drop-in Classes: Space permitting. Please call or email for space availability. The drop-in fee is $20
