Class Descriptions:

Candlelight Yoga: Our signature class. Practice fireside surrounded by the glow of candles to keep your inner light shining bright. Then go home and take a bath, journal or drift right off to sleep. Class flows at quicker pace, offering advanced poses (and modifications) and deeper stretches than Beginner's/Gentle Yoga. Led by Sandi.

Whole Birth Yoga and Support Class®: Safe for all stages of pregnancy. Gentle stretches and guided meditation to assist your changing body and prepare for labor and birth. 90 minutes. All levels. Led by Sandi.

Beginner’s/Gentle Yoga: Gentle, flowing poses and stretches to awaken mind and body, for those new to yoga or wanting to brush up on the basics. 75 minutes. Led by Sandi.

Family Yoga: Think Aunt Myrtle in tree pose while little Billy looks on in flamingo pose. All ages, all levels. Laughter required. Check Special Events for next class. One hour. Led by the Hoover family.

Yoga for Fertility: Whether you are a woman planning to become pregnant this year or have been trying for many years, join us to experience yoga for fertility. Class will focus on: Discussion of how yoga can decrease stress and promote fertility, experience breath for relaxation, learning yoga poses and stretches that bring energy to reproductive organs, guided imagery and meditation for fertility, weekly topics to support the journey.
